- Nicole Gabona is CMO at Active Equity Group, leading business development and investor relations. With 20+ years in finance, she’s held senior roles at Goldman Sachs, Lazard, and more.
Beverly Rapp

- Beverly Rapp, with 30+ years in workforce development, oversees PA’s Rapid Response in Western PA. She excels in grant writing, partnerships, and workforce policy, supporting communities through transition and growth.

- Amy Tevis is a Certified Workforce Development Professional with decades of experience connecting individuals to training and careers. She leads apprenticeship programs, secures funding, and builds industry partnerships.

- Anthony Fusco, Co-Founder of SiteWorker and founder of DOWE, builds scalable workforce systems. With 15+ years in operations and business development, he connects people to meaningful, equitable employment opportunities.
